Role Description

We are hiring a Senior Export Manager – International Business Development to drive global expansion through distributors, importers, pharmacies, and international channel partners.
This role requires strong experience in export sales, international shipment handling, documentation compliance, and distributor onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

1. Export Sales Strategy
* Drive international sales through channel partnerships including importers, distributors, stockists, and pharmacies.
* Develop and execute country-wise export growth strategies.
2. Shipment Handling & Documentation
* Manage end-to-end export documentation and shipment execution.
* Ensure compliance with international shipping terms such as EXW, FOB, CIF, etc.
* Coordinate export processes including invoicing, packing, dispatch, and customs requirements.
3. Client & Buyer Management
* Build and maintain strong relationships with international buyers.
* Handle negotiations, pricing discussions, and commercial terms.
* Ensure timely execution and dispatch of export orders.
4. Distributor Onboarding
* Identify and onboard distributors and long-term channel partners across multiple countries.
* Pitch product portfolio and finalize agreements.
5. Cross-Functional Coordination
* Work closely with logistics, finance, production, and regulatory teams to streamline international order processing.
6. Market Expansion & Research
* Conduct competitor analysis, pricing research, and feasibility studies.
* Identify opportunities for new product launches in global markets.
7. Trade Shows & International Expos
* Represent AGRAVAT® at international trade fairs, exhibitions, and B2B virtual events when required.

* Proven track record in export sales and international business development
* Strong understanding of export documentation such as:
* Commercial Invoice
* Packing List
* Certificate of Origin (COO)
* FSSAI documentation
* DGFT compliance
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills with international clients
* Ability to manage multiple shipments, timelines, and global partners
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling pressure
* Knowledge of pharma/nutraceutical export compliance is a strong advantage
