We are looking for a friendly, organized, and tech-savvy Receptionist cum Social Media Executive who can efficiently manage front office operations while supporting our digital marketing team with social media content publishing.

Key Responsibilities

Front Office & Reception Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, patients, and visitors with a professional, friendly, and courteous approach.
• Answer incoming phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails, and respond promptly to enquiries.
• Schedule appointments and efficiently manage calendars for doctors, health experts, and dieticians.
• Coordinate with doctors, health experts, dieticians, and internal departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Maintain accurate visitor records, patient information, and office documentation while ensuring confidentiality.
• Perform accurate data entry and update customer and patient records in the CRM system.
• Assist customers with product, service, and consultation enquiries, and accurately enter customer health information—including weight, height, BMI, and other required details—into the AI Wellness software for assessment and record management.
• Collect customer feedback, encourage Google, Facebook reviews, and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
• Process e-commerce customer orders using OMS Guru by generating shipping labels, verifying order details, securely packaging products, and handing over shipments to the respective marketplace courier partners (Amazon Shipping, Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, Xpressbees, etc.) to ensure accurate and timely dispatch.
• Verify order details, shipping labels, and packaging quality to ensure accurate and error-free deliveries.
• Support front office administration and ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
• Assist with general administrative tasks and day-to-day office operations as required.

Social Media & Content Publishing

• Publish posts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X (Twitter), Pinterest, and Google Business Profile.
• Upload images, reels, videos, and promotional content.
• Schedule posts using Meta Business Suite and other publishing tools.
• Write basic captions, hashtags, and post descriptions.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure timely Event campaign execution.
• Monitor post publishing and basic engagement metrics.
• Administrative Support
• Manage office files and documents.
• Support basic reporting and administrative activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth daily operations.

Required Skills

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 0–3 years of experience in Reception, Front Office, Administration, or Social Media.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
• Good communication in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
• Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Basic knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and Google Business Profile.
• Good typing speed and computer skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
