Job Summary
Currently, the company sells an average of 5,000+ units per day through our brand store www.agravat.com and marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, 1mg, Hyuga, PharmEasy, First Cry, and more.
We are expanding rapidly and aim to scale to 20,000 units per day across 9 brands. We encourage candidates who want to build a strong career in Ecommerce and Digital Marketing to apply. You will receive complete training and mentorship to become an Ecommerce & Marketing expert.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Become an Expert in Ecommerce Marketplace Selling
Learn essential skills such as SEO, advertising, product research, creative content writing, and marketplace growth strategies from industry experts.
2. Perform SEO for Products
You will be trained to rank products organically across 10–15 platforms including:
Agravat.com, Amazon.in, Flipkart, Nykaa, 1mg, BigBasket, PharmEasy, and others.
Each portal has a different ranking algorithm, and you will learn how to optimize accordingly.
3. Work on International Marketplaces
Learn end-to-end selling on international platforms such as:
Amazon USA, Amazon UAE, Amazon UK, Amazon Canada, Amazon Australia, and Amazon Singapore.
You will understand listing, SEO, advertising, pricing, and operational requirements.
4. Keyword Research & Keyword List Building
Build high search volume keyword lists for product ranking. Learn keyword targeting across multiple portals.
5. PPC Advertising & Display Advertising
The company spends over ₹45 lakhs per month on PPC and display advertising.
You will learn how ad platforms work across 15+ portals and how to run profitable campaigns.
You will create, optimize, and scale PPC campaigns using SEO software and ecommerce tools.
6. Product Research
Conduct market and competitor research to understand customer demand and product trends for new launches.
7. Listing Optimization & Creative Content Writing
Optimize product listings including:
* Title, bullet points, description
* Images and videos
* Product specifications & backend keywords
List new SKUs and update catalog data across all marketplaces.
