Job Description
We are hiring an International Business Development Executive to support global expansion by generating leads, researching international markets, and building strong pipelines of potential distributors and buyers.

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation
* Use LinkedIn, Google search, and B2B directories to generate international leads such as distributors, pharmacy chains, wellness stores, nutritionists, and importers.
* Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential buyers.
2. Market Research
* Identify target countries and key buyer segments in the nutraceutical and pharma sector.
* Research competitor brands and market entry opportunities.
3. Outreach & Communication
* Execute outbound campaigns through LinkedIn and email to initiate conversations and pitch product offerings.
* Build professional communication with international prospects.
4. Initial Client Engagement
* Connect with international buyers, understand their needs, and recommend relevant products.
* Provide basic product and company information to prospects.
5. Meeting Coordination
* Schedule qualified meetings and calls for the senior business development team and Directors.
* Ensure follow-ups and proper coordination with internal teams.
6. CRM & Reporting
* Maintain lead databases, update CRM regularly, and track outreach progress.
* Prepare weekly reports on lead generation and pipeline performance.
7. Learning & Career Growth
* Receive training and mentorship to grow into a full-fledged International Business Development Manager.
